Trying to decide rite now on ordering one Fi BTL 18 or 2 FI SSD 18's(all options on subs which ever way I go.) Either way they will be powered off of a saz 1500d and the box will be built to specs. Mainly looking for spl but won't be trying to compete or anything.

Specs on the subs,

Same power... 2 18's vs 1...1 super sub vs 2 good subs.. the 2 good subs should win due to the box they're gonna be in and double the cone area...SHOULD...
doesnt always work out that way.

but if you have 1500rms imo either setup will sound great but 2 ssd's SHOULD be louder due to double the cone area alone. 1500rms is just warming a BTL18 up... if your talking 2500-3000rms then the btl wakes up and hurts you
