08 Tahoe and a subwoofer...

Has anybody seen a 10 inch subwoofer installed in one of the rear side panels in the back of the tahoe? I heard they are hollow and might provide enough space for a 10 inch sub and its box.

I have but theres modification to be done and it'll be costly...You can get a box for behind the 3rd row if you don't need the space.But if you do than you can get a box in between the captain chairs or if you a full bench for a 2nd row than you get a box under the bench!!Hope I help

Thanks for the reply...yes you did help. I just wanted to know if it was possible and if anybody had seen it done. I talked to a guy who works at cartoys and he said he could get a JL 10W3 in there for 500 bucks...having a sub in the rear and out ofthe way is the route i really want to go....i've just heard so many bad things about cartoys...
