‘16 Yukon Denali dash clicking & battery drain

Sometimes (1/10 times?) when I open the door to the truck I hear a rapid clicking sound coming from behind the centre screen area. Didn’t think much about it as its 8 yrs old now but then found my battery would be dead if truck wasn‘t run for 2-3 days. The battery runs now whether or not that clicking sound generates but was wondering if there’s a known issue there.
