My Yukon was built in April 22, I picked it up in Sept 22. It needed retrofit of heated seats and parking sensors and GM sent me the letter in November.
The dealer scheduled me in at the end of December only for the heated seats. Like someone above said no parking sensors and no ETA.
So I'm glad...
Welcome to the forum. I had the Heated seats retrofit done about a month ago but they have no idea when the parking assist
will be available. I hope they get it together soon.
That's a good question! As of now they don't have the parts for the park assist.
I'm taking mine in on the 27th for the heated seats and I'll try to talk to a tech
to see what's involved. I know that doesn't help you now but I need to know anyway.
My 22 SLT sat from April to the end of September. At time of delivery it was pouring rain so it was hard to see anything was amiss. It looked ok
so I took it.I always detail any new vehicle I get and that's when I found all the shit on the paint. With mild cut compound I had to do the whole...
I received this letter from GM about two weeks ago. I'm waiting for retrofit for heated seats and parking assist.
Called the dealer and they said they can do the seats but not the park assist as of now. They have the parts for the front seats but not the rear
and won't schedule an appointment...
I do have the phone charger in the 22 Yukon and it works fine with my iPhone 8.
But what if it takes a crap, I guess I don't have it anymore with parts being so hard to get.
Has anyone received the recall letter from GM that says your parts for retrofit for your heated ventilated seats, parking assist are available.
I keep asking my dealer and they say soon and they're doing them all the time. I think they are just telling me BS.
My 2022 Yukon SLT sat in the lot from April till October. Other than not having heated and vented seats and parking assist that will be retrofitted the only issue I had was how dirty it was. After a couple hours of detailing it now looks great. I paid MSRP for it.
It's the new dealer thing, adding ceramic coating, window tint or wrapping part of the front. If you order make sure in your deal that when
it comes in they don't add anything unless you want it.
I had the same issue with a 2015 Denali and it was't just me. It was very bad on the ears to the point the dealer had a tech from Detroit ride in it with two mechanics.
One mechanic actually threw up from the feeling he had almost like being sea sick. They took the whole interior out glued the...
You are correct about the condition of the truck. Mine was built in April and sat in some lot till it got to the dealer last week. I picked it up on a rainy day so I couldn't really see all the crap on the paint. After a lot of elbow grease it shines like a beauty. It has a retrofit of heated...
As you can see I'm new here, looks like a nice forum. My 22 Yukon SLT was built in April and It was just delivered to dealer last week. It was shipped with later retrofit of heated and ventilated seats and front and rear park assist. From sitting so long it needed a complete detail, the paint...
