The fit is direct replacement , but a wiring harness is needed to bridge the new LED lights to existing vehicle harness. Gen5diy made it for me, and using that it basically made it plug n play. There is a video on the forum from someone else who did them. Took me about 30 minutes.
Yes mine is black as well. I just installed the 2025 full led taillights; and hopefully tackling this next. Right now I can’t find the part number, guessing that will be out soon.
I will say, my Tahoe has power boards while my wife’s Yukon does not. We have 4 kids and they all find the power boards easier to get in and out with. I think the fixed boards are too close to the car and thus are more awkward to actually use. Plus the power boards have better grip; my family...
Also wondering if the new tails will fit .. our dealer had a 25 HC on the lot (93k msrp ) and I really liked the new taillights. Really the only thing that makes the 25 MY stand out IMO. I had them run numbers and couldn’t justify the 35k additional cost after turning in my ‘23 premier. So...
Do you by chance have the autopilot turned off? I usually don’t like the auto volume systems in cars, and the Tahoe is no different, but for some reason it really makes the system more full. If it’s not on try it and see if you notice an improvement.
If she’s really set on that interior maybe order another (24 refresh ?) and drive this one till ready? We are doing that currently- bought a 23 until we can hopefully order what we want plus benefit from refresh. I can only assume prices for trade ins will still remain steady so shouldn’t take...
This happened to us on one of our acadias we ordered many years ago. We ordered the brown and got all black interior. The dealership offered to cancel the transaction or give us 2000 dollars off. We took the money knowing we weren’t keeping the car long. Unfortunately, times are different now...
It’s the 5.3 - since it’s a premier it still has the quad exhaust. Like bunky mentioned I’m guessing you have something on your build that’s on heavy constraint- and max tow would be the most likely culprit.
Was able to grab another ‘23 off the lot this weekend. Supplier pricing. Tahoe premier with steps, roof, 22s, blk badges. The fact that I was able to grab this and my wife’s ‘23 Yukon makes me think the demand must be easing up. Hopefully that’s a good sign for others waiting. FWIW the Tahoe...
To be honest I wasn’t wowed by it, but it was also slightly overcast. Im sure in the sun, the metallic would pop and make it more interesting. It just seemed a little drab in the shade. I personally see a little purple which for me was a deal breaker. Others have said they see zero purple so...
Hmm could be, that being said the dealer that we got our sterling ‘23 from had 6 titanium rush Yukons (shorty and XL). I think most were slts but I saw at least one Denali in that color.
