    Been here a few years with my ‘23 Tahoe premier. A few months ago we took delivery of my wife’s 25 Yukon XL with the 25th anniversary package. We traded in her ‘23 Yukon XL SLT and she is loving the refreshed interior. Just showing a few pics for those interested.

    The fit is direct replacement , but a wiring harness is needed to bridge the new LED lights to existing vehicle harness. Gen5diy made it for me, and using that it basically made it plug n play. There is a video on the forum from someone else who did them. Took me about 30 minutes.

    I will say, my Tahoe has power boards while my wife’s Yukon does not. We have 4 kids and they all find the power boards easier to get in and out with. I think the fixed boards are too close to the car and thus are more awkward to actually use. Plus the power boards have better grip; my family...

    Do you by chance have the autopilot turned off? I usually don’t like the auto volume systems in cars, and the Tahoe is no different, but for some reason it really makes the system more full. If it’s not on try it and see if you notice an improvement.

    It’s the 5.3 - since it’s a premier it still has the quad exhaust. Like bunky mentioned I’m guessing you have something on your build that’s on heavy constraint- and max tow would be the most likely culprit.
