    Heck yeah! I have a 2018 Escalade with the 10-speed which is 30-40% better gas then the previous generation. Check the cabin air filter. The 8-speed had issues so you may want to check into that too.

    When I replaced my engine in my 2008 the check engine light came on. The code was for oxygen sensor. I replaced all 4 OEM and all was good. I didn’t have any oxygen codes before I replaced my engine.

    I constantly idle my car while the wife is out shopping and I wait. There are times I am in the car for a hour or more. My fuel gauge doesn’t do anything strange. The only thing that happens is my mpg The 1990’s BMW 8-series had the most accurate fuel gauge I ever saw.

    Yes. There is one also inside the car near the driver side pillar close to the windshield. Under the hood there is one on the driver side attached to the firewall. I would also trace the negative cable on the battery because it attaches to the motor and then the front bottom frame.

    I am thinking that the dealer only removed my pan and drained the fluid then added fluid. I don’t know there procedure. I would love to do this myself but I don’t have all the tools or a lift to do it. I might change my fluid earlier this time.

    I would just change the whole thing while I had the gas tank down. I would check with the Cadillac app and code reader which both give you the levels.
