Blend door issues
Help! I have an 03 Tahoe and I just replaced both the blend door actuators and it still won’t change the direction of air flow from defrost. This should have fixed the issue but it did not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.- NFunderburk

Blender actuators….
So apparently with my 03 Tahoe with automatic ac control, there is a driver and passenger side actuator. So if I replace them are they the same part? I keep seeing videos on one or the other and nobody says if they are the same or different.- NFunderburk

Yeah, I’ve found a hack on that as well and plan on doing that. I just hope I don’t have an electrical issue hopefully it’s just the Freon in so low it won’t kick on.- NFunderburk

Yes, it’s from the evaporator core in the dash but it’s leaking at the firewall. I sprayed with some soap water and saw the bubbles. I know that’s probably not the preferred method but it’s all I had at the moment. I also made sure to closely inspect and make sure it wasn’t the lines leaking and...- NFunderburk

Help! 03 Tahoe and ac compressor won’t kick on.
I recently purchased a 2003 Tahoe and the ac compressor won’t kick on. I can turn it on by jumping the relay and get it to kick on so I know that it works. It has a a small leak around the evaporator core but is it me or am I just missing something?- NFunderburk
