1999 front end pops???
Hello, I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe. My problem is that when ever I turn sharply to the left OR right, the front end pops loudly. I'm not sure what the problem is. Could it be stuck in four-wheel-drive? The truck did sit for about a year until I put a rebuilt motor in it. It did not do the... -

My 1999 Chevy Tahoe is not switching into 4wd.
Okay, where to start..... I have a 99 hoe and it's giving me a few problems. When I push the switch for 4w hi, 4 lo, or all wheel, it just blinks at me. It doesn't engage in the front diff but in 4 lo it engages in the transfer case. I can hear it click in the transfer case. I posted a similar...- oknik123

My front passenger side wheel area has a deep popping sound when I accelerate??.....

Well, I'm not sure what's going on but when I try to switch my truck into 4wd, 4 lo, or all wheel, nothing happens.
