CarPlay no longer connecting
Make sure you didn’t turn off WiFi in your car. If you disable the WiFi from broadcasting that turns off WiFi entirely which is what CarPlay uses. If you don’t subscribe to WiFi data/hotspot in the car make sure you turn off the option to share data related to the hotspot under the settings...- Micahsd

40,000 Mile Report
Vehicle mfg date is March 29, 2021 but the Julian build date on the engine is Feb 11, 2021 which is right in that window of known bad lifters. Here’s the hilarious part…while it was in the shop GM updated the TSB stating to replace all lifters if under 16k miles and it falls within the bad...- Micahsd

CarPlay no longer connecting
Maybe try removing your vehicle from under Settings - General - CarPlay on your phone and also remove it from under the paired devices area on your vehicle. Then go back through the pairing process. I’ve had to do that a few times when it acted up. Hasn’t happened to me though for awhile...- Micahsd

40,000 Mile Report
Nice report. My ‘21 Tahoe had the lifter issue at 9,100 miles but they only replaced half of the lifters or the affected bank/side. I keep thinking the other side will go bad soon but so far I’m at 28k miles and 3 years old and no issues at all. In fact if it wasn’t for the lifter issue...- Micahsd

Do you use your rear-view mirror in camera-mode?
That is a very good point. It works great when the back window is covered in dust or snow. Somehow during snow driving the camera stays fairly clean and the rear wiper washer will squirt windshield cleaner on the camera to clean it. -
Can you turn off Auto Shutdown (eco mode)
I just hit the button every time I get in. Yeah it sucks, but I've had my 2021 now for about 3 years and are very used to it to the point where you can see the button has some wear to it.- Micahsd

I'm not sure on that nav error. That's a bit odd. Could try re-seating the SD card which is located next to the USB ports below the screen. Unfortunately there's no way to update the maps without buying an updated SD card. I've been just ignoring the incorrect speed limits for a few roads... -

I'd say that's not normal. I'd see if they can do some customer appreciation thing though GM to avoid paying for the full cost. 2022 Tahoe Gurgling Noise Up Front (Engine?) Somewhere
I'm not sure if this is the same, but I've heard that inside the passenger compartment coming from the front right area but figured it just coolant flowing through the heater core. Normally the gurgling noise doesn't last more than a 5-10 seconds then it disappears. -
How reliable is the new GMC Yukon Denali CL, especially with the new LZ0 diesel engine?
I’ve got the 2021 Tahoe which uses the same drivetrain. I’ve had zero problems with it other than a lifter failure at 1-year of ownership and 9,000 miles which resulted in the engine having to be tore apart. I’ve seen other issues with the 21+ Tahoes/Yukons on here which are much worse...- Micahsd

I haven’t seen that meaaage on my 21 yet. I’ve been pretty fortunate not running into too many issues. The temp here was down to -12 when I drove it around down a bit ago and it seemed fine. Hopefully someone else chimes in with some good advice.- Micahsd

HUD doesn’t show speed limit
On my 2021, it won't show the speed limit if it doesn't know what it is. Some roads don't have it defined. I'm guessing if yours is newer if you go to the Navigation screen or one of the other pages on the screen right in front of you there's one which shows a speed limit and if it doesn't... -

I’d be surprised. The power went out for 15 mins at my dealer while getting my oil changed and they seemed a bit clueless on how to get the internet working after it came back on and while it was out they didn’t know what was beeping. 2022 Z71 Tahoe Transmission drive mode 2WD/4WD auto
I’d try putting it in 2WD mode just to see if the same shuddering still exists. If it does, then it probably has nothing to do with leaving it in AUTO mode and just coincidental. Guessing others are more experts than myself with this but I thought leaving it in that mode just wears out stuff...- Micahsd

HVAC blower reduces output during phone calls. Is this normal?
It is normal. Was normal on my last two new GM vehicles. I’m not aware of a way to override other than transfer the call from Bluetooth back to the handset and hold it up to your ear.- Micahsd
