Dealer oil change $$$
I just bought oil for 6.44 per qt and 4.60 for the oil filter at Rockauto. Shipping was 11.99 but this is the least I’ve spent on an oil change on this beast. If you’ve never done your own oil change I would recommend replacing the oil pan drain bolt. The stock one is a pain the ass to remove...- nfarios

DEF bargain
That’s good info. I hadn’t thought of the shelf life. I got my diesel in Jan and had to fill it up 2.5 mo later. From what I found a 1 yr shelf life is average.- nfarios

Fellow diesel owners. I had to purchase def for the first time today and found a good deal at Autozone for 5 gal of fluid at $32. These peak def 2.5 gal bottles also came with an easy to use funnel. I will add that I don’t work for Autozone in anyway. I just wanted to share the savings.- nfarios

GM Stops Selling 3.0L Duramax Diesel Due To Supplier Shortage:
My Tahoe showed up at the dealer randomly on Fri and I picked her up yesterday. My order was placed on 9/24/21. It didn’t go in to production until Dec and sat at the Midlothian storage lot for a few weeks. RST/Luxury Package/D-max/4 WD/Sunroof/Max Trailering Package. Be patient is all I can say!- nfarios
