    I agree. I change mine around 7500-8000 miles and replace my filter every 4000 miles. I use the Purolator PureOne filters. The oil can last a long time but you don't want a dirty filter to start bypassing. For 8 bucks it is worth the added insurance.

    I hear ya. We normally fill up in Cleveland TN or Ringold GA but I had enough range to make it to the Buc EEs in Calhoun GA. The range was at 55 miles but when I left I75 and turned the range went to " LOW"

    Dang I love this Suburban. We had a head wind all the wat down and set the cruise in the 72-74 range most of this leg. One of these trips i will get a tail wind and average well into the 30's.

    The 5.3 and 6.2 V8 engines at any time can bend a push rod thanks to a compatibility issue with the lifter seat/push rod base. With the DFM active it is just a matter of time. Just keep that engine under warranty at all times.

    Once that ride is out of service for 30 or more days CHA CHING!!!!!! The lemon law kicks in at most states. Hire a lemon law lawyer and do a cash and keep deal along with a free massive GMPP warranty.
