Looking for options for 2018 Denali headlights

Are Yukon condensors an issue?
Have a 2016 Tahoe with 100K on it, but have been looking for a Suburban or Yukon XL since we added another foster kid. A 2018 Yukon XL just came available, with about 38K miles and it's Certified, but apparently needs a new condenser, which they say is on order. Are these known issues? I'm... -

Blower motor making noise after filter change
2016 LT with 100k on it. We got it with 60k and I figured time to replace the cabin filter. Did so, making sure airflow went down and couple days later, wife informs me the blower motor makes a motor noise when it’s turned up all the way. Doesn’t sound like a bearing to me, more like the motor... -

Ticking noise the wife is worried about
We’ve got a 2016 with the 5.3 and around 60k miles (I think). Wife is concerned by the tick though most of the time it goes away or at least recedes. Rear defroster diagram
We picked up a ‘16 LT Tahoe several months ago from a competing dealership, so not supported or certified.
