    It needs to go further in. I will try and get some pics. I'm at a campground at moment and it's dark as hell. Edit: Looking on a GM parts site it seems it should be a 7" shaft. If so hopefully I can return it, the labels just a little scuffed from trying.

    Hello, I bought a Reese tri-ball with hook hitch however I think the shaft may be too long at 8". Any input?
