Windshield wipers very slow/stop on 2009 Tahoe-wiper linkage

How do you test 2009 Tahoe front wiper motor/wiring
My front wipers suddenly got extremely slow, and actually stop until I push then manually a bit. I checked the fuse under the hood and it appears okay. I can start the wipers by turning the switch down for a single sweep, but it stops after an inch. Same thing on all the other speeds if I turn...- Blk 09 LTZ

Wrong turn signal switch/lever/wiring in 2009 Tahoe
I bought a 2009 Tahoe that does not have a REAR window wiper/washer switch on the turn signal lever. And it also does not have the rear wiper connector taped on the wiring harness opposite the tow/haul connector. Obviously somewhere along the line someone made a change and didn’t carfax it...- Blk 09 LTZ
