Has anyone had any luck with finding a stubby antenna mast? I've done a few google searches and most of the info seems unreliable whether or not certain ones will fit.
Just got the Denali back from the body shop, paint matching and removing the rear wiper. Also, installed the esky roof racks yesterday. :D
Denali Update by DROCK84 posted May 23, 2018 at 10:43 AM
I used xenondepot's 880 LEDs for my fogs in the Denali. Also tried Vouke VK-5S LEDs for the low beams but they didn't work well with the projector lens so I ended up purchasing some Mishimoto 50w HIDs for the low beams. They are bright as hell but once I put them in the projector housing they...
From a PC builder's point of view I would have 1 or 2 fans on opposing sides of the boxes, one side is intake and the other is exhaust. If you don't want a bunch of dust build up inside the boxes then you better get some sort of fine filter over the intake side.
I've used these 2 things before to clean up a rusted wheel stud when we lost a lug nut somewhere down the highway. They work well together, just use the stud cleaner brush to loosen up and "polish" the studs and then a light coating of anti seize does the trick!
Yes please! I'd greatly appreciate any info and pics I can get to help me make a confident decision.
I appreciate the good words regarding xenondepot. They do seem to have high quality products which they stand behind. You've been very helpful.
So I'm ready to upgrade to 55w HIDs. Looking into quality HID conversion kits I've stumbled upon these two companies who claim to have the best kits. Has anyone used either of their HID kits before? Any problems?
Looking to upgrade my fogs to LED lights, I have an 03 Denali which I believe uses the 880 socket. Anyone have any suggestions on brand or an amazon link? Looking for reliability/brightness rather than cost savings.
I have an 03 Denali with the newer style steering wheel where the buttons are mounted in the wheel itself. How do you remove these and replace them? Do I need to remove the airbag?
I did, he told me because I have 217k on it that if I put in 5w30 synthetic I might get oil leaks from worn out gaskets or rings. He "required" 5w40 synthetic as a way to help fight that issue and says he puts it in all the cars he works on that call for 5w30. Also, I believe he wanted to use...
I just purchased an 03 Yukon XL Denali, brought it to my mechanic to change all the fluids when he recommended I return the Mobil1 5w30 Full Synthetic High Mileage I just purchased and buy 5w40 Synthetic instead. I'm confused, why would I change to a German Gas/Diesel oil instead of the normal...
