yea im def not trying to discourage you lol
just mean a lot of the money spent now you could prob boost it and get same results with more potential
i would do a compression and leak down test on the bottom end, if everything looks healthy i would just leave it.

to get 500hp out of a 5.3 NA isnt going to be great for boost later on down the road.
meaning compression will have to be 13:1 and youll have to spin it to 9k.
the money spent to get there would have already bought sc/turbo.
the problem is now dealers deceptively advertise a <dealer> certified vehicle, they are a legit gmc dealer but theyre just saying since <our dealership> is so trustworthy you should trust we know how good this car is...its not an official GMC CPO
i think yall are way over thinking this...
two options:
leave bar how it is, get shorter end links to roll the bar up in the middle between DS and kicker. but it looks like the way the mounts at the end of the bar will be in an even worse angle (binding the link up if it rolled any more down)...

although i think they just let belltech do whatever they want

it's a lot easier to work under lifted
some other nuanced differences...

the LCA is also thicker where the lower shock mounts - this is mostly a non-issue because the hardware is...
front driveshaft output on the tcase is a dry socket, can pull and drive in 2wd hi no problem
i guess technically you can put it in 4wd also, cause they are mechanically interlocked
