Yeah, tomorrow I’ll go back to the shop and ask them what they actually did (flush or drop pan, change filter etc) What fluid they used, etc. I drove it yesterday and it smelled like something burning. I was in reverse and barely made it out of the driveway. Crazy- Bigell

Yeah…I took it back to the shop that did the flush. Mechanic just looked at me like “okaaaay, so when can u bring it in so we can take a look, sounds like a blown transmission”. My other mechanic told me to bring it to him and he’ll try an anti-shudder fluid. He also said worst thing I could...- Bigell

8 Speed…No idea what fluid was used but the it was a flush- “Transmission flush and fill kit-Remove all contaminated fluid refill with proper type and amount of new fluid-$225- Bigell

Folks. On my 2020 Yukon I did the “recommended” maintenance and changed the tranny fluid at over 107K miles. Now at 111K I’m getting that damn tranny shudder, rpm’s up and down, and hard shifting. Mechanic said it was a bad idea to change the fluid. Any insight???- Bigell

I was thinking it may be a bad hub or the module. (Hope it’s not the module)I shook it yesterday, didn’t feel any play at all. I did try to spray the sensor bore hole to clean the inside while spinning the hub. But Yeah, the truck slows down at low speed, especially while parking, very annoying!- Bigell

Definitely found a leak….Warranty will cover it () But to fail at 74K is a shame….I hear it’s a common problem -

Yep, failed at 74K miles! At least the summer is over! The warranty company covered all of it minus my $100 deductible. -

Thanks for the responses! Took the Yukon to my mechanic. Looks like it’s a common problem: The lines by the rear passenger are leaking. I did notice oil spots in the driveway, but didn’t even think it was from my truck. I bring it back to the shop next week, let’s see if my Endurance Warranty... -

Maaaan, I have a 2020 Yukon, and the AC decided to crap out yesterday on probably the last hot day of the year out here in PA. It looks like the unit isn’t engaging at all, just blows semi-hot air. I used the Avalanche Recharge canister, and the PSI on the low pressure side doesn’t go past 19... -
