The new one? If so take it off while in center (middle) position and manually move your vent until you only have air at floor then put the actuator back on and it should work. -

You may be able to fix the motor by taking it apart. I think there maybe might even be a post or two around here about that. Honestly If you have the cash they are under like $40 I would go that route. -

No, probably not. The actuator is probably bad or something is physically blocking the door/flap. It should not move beyond the 2 detents on the actuator. With the actuator off you should be able to manually move the door. If you can't you will need to remove dash and fix. Hopefully you just... -

Honestly mine's about a year old the range is no different than the factory and the white on the buttons is already starting to fade Plus for my year 96 Tahoe I lost my rear Glass Popper. In my opinion I would just buy a cheap Amazon or ebay one- warndogg

East302 have a question how do you get to this part in the picture? On my 96' the arm on the left keeps popping out up top and I have to crawl under the dash and re attach to get my defrost to work on driver's side after switching modes. Is there any easy way to drop that box? -

I hear ya! It can drive you crazy. Have you peeled back the carpet and trim to see exactly where it's coming in on the inside maybe get in the cab and have helper spray water? -

Might sound silly but check the boot for the wire loom between the door and body. Water could get into your kick panel there and then leak onto the floor. -

Yeah I have done the above in the past and it got better, but is still leaking into that hole in kick panel. I guess I will have to take another look. -

Ok I got a water leak passenger side kick panel. I can see where water is leaking inside kick panel (pics below) it drips down from above but inside body panel, like A piller or bad window seal? The water on the floor is from when the compartment fills and then spills over. -
2 door side window rust.

Parking light (dash) 06 Yuk Denali
I just replaced the cable for the parking brake release and now the dash light (the one that lets you know the P. brake is on) is not working. Dose anyone have a picture or diagram of where the sensor for that dash light connects? I must have fudged it up somewhere when replacing the cable.
