Fosscore's 2013 Suburban LTZ Build Thread

Those shaft cables are such a pain in the behind when they have problems especially the bushings. When my original one failed last summer on my 4th of July road trip to Utah on the way home, it was the judging and nowhere did I find bushings g repair kits. Now I know the exist after replacing...

I love my steam cleaner. It’s an essential part of my detailing kit. Plus it comes in handy just about everywhere around the house too. I use it as a steam mop on the laminate floors in my kitchen and bathrooms and works like a charm haha.

RENAMED!! The adventures of Chase and his 2006 Yukon XL Denali!! Follow along on my travels!

Made it home relatively easily. Reminded that being blessed with a garage to leave the Denali in for two whole weeks on a trickle charger while I was gone…. Truck started right up the following morning after flying home to head to church. A week after getting home mom and I took Saturday off to...

RENAMED!! The adventures of Chase and his 2006 Yukon XL Denali!! Follow along on my travels!

No dull moments. The later part of my DC trip helping my uncle get prepped to move was difficult. We were supposed to actually move him but VA paperwork and voucher approvals for his new apartment got delayed. Plus sadly his current apartment is infested with mold. Was difficult to stay with him...

RENAMED!! The adventures of Chase and his 2006 Yukon XL Denali!! Follow along on my travels!

A close friend of mine got a newer car a few years back in her early 20s and she wanted to name her new to her ride, and she named her new car Rae, because that was her favorite Star Wars character. And of course me being a big Star Wars fan thought it fit perfectly for her car. And then she’s...

Help me figure out what to do with this boat anchor

Something to note that I’ve noticed in the GMT800s at least in the 2003-2006 trucks. Once the factory headunit comes out and an aftermarket replacement goes in, with the accompanying faceplate that the aftermarket headunit needs for the structure behind the dash bezel, the dash bezel never sits...

Does your battery terminal spark when connecting battery cable?

Yup mine does the same little crackle until it’s tightened all the way down.

Does your battery terminal spark when connecting battery cable?

My 2006’s negative cable will give a tiny lil spark when going to reconnect. Not caused any issues for me that I’ve noticed. Didn’t know that I need to reconnect positive first and then negative. Learned something new everyday lol.
