    How many miles are on the vehicle? Does it do it all the time or just when it rains? It could be the heater core if it does it all the time.

    I bought it from GM parts direct like 5 years ago. They are probably not available any longer. The hydroboost on my Yukon still going strong after 50k miles.

    Swap out the relay for another one, report back. If this continues with the same issues after swapping the relay. Get the wiring diagram for the fuse block. I suspect its a component that is bad and not the relay or fuse.

    How long have you own this vehicle? Do you know the maintenance history? How many miles are on the suv? I suspect the fuel pump heats up then shutdown the suv. Fuel pumps don't ever show codes. I read one of the posts that something gets hot then shuts down, are you referring to the fuses or...

    You mention the steering gear on the post thats why I was thrown off. Is the steering feel loose or to soft. If its loose you may have a bad rack and pinion. If is soft add a steering stabilizer.

    Not hard at all, wear glasses when you crawl under the vehicle to unplug the harness. Dust/dirt will get on your eyes if you don't.

    Have you checked the front hub bearings or the rack and pinnion? What brand parts are you using? Aftermarket parts are junk. They are good for about 20k miles at best. I personally think it's the rack and pinion. The internal components wearing out and start making funny noises.

    03 Escalade suspension issue

    As a temporary fix remove the wire connectors from the rear shocks, that will soften the suspension. The real fix is to replace the rear shocks.

    I have fixed two of them in the past and it's not worth it. You will be chasing cracks once you start moving the dash as you fix it and results might not be to your expectations.
