    Maybe there are HOV lanes and one of the vechiles allowed are flex fuel and to keep from getting pulled over they keep the badge on it. I know up here green vechiles are allowed in our HOV lanes. Not sure if flex is concerdered one of them but maybe where you are they are allowed.

    All i have to say is when we took that picture im glad we were in a empty parking lot. As we had to stop and laugh before getting that picture. I used to own a 1987 Olds Cutlass. I loved that car. It was 100% stock except for the BFG raidial T's.
