Some new pics of our Truck CAI
Has your testing shown any MPG improvement with the Tahoe? I have 5.3 Liter LTZ. I've seen in the Camaro forums people report 2-5 MPG boost. Improved MPG would help me convice the budget lady that this is a good idea :-) Thanks.- fuel74

Nice write up - thanks. I need to do this soon. Decided when I bought this Tahoe to learn how to take care of it myself. To many iffy service visits. -
Anyone selling an OEM set of headlights?
Here is a closeup - these are mint condition - no clouding or scratches. Very low milage. Comes with the High and Low beam bulbs, but no wiring harness. -

Flat Black Wrap underway...
Very nice - is the flat hard to keep clean? Always curious about that, but man it looks cool. -
Anyone carry snowboards?
I use a board bag - keeps both the boards and Tahoe looking good. With the rear seats out, it fits right between the captains chairs. I easily fit 4 boards like that, two bags, each with two boards. There are tons of options for bags, I have Burton, slightly padded. Probably was about $60. -
WTB: 07+ Tahoe headlight
I have a set - used - about 10k miles, came off 2011 Tahoe. Just replaced with an aftermarket assembly. Has High and Low Beam bulbs, but not the wire harness. Excellent shape, no dings. I don't have enough posts yet to PM, but will try to post a few times to send a PM. Here is a pic of the... -

Haven't done much to my 2011 Tahoe yet. Eventually would like to black it out and raise it up a bit. Really cool seeing all the pictures and cool mod ideas. The Camaro is my other project, both are a lot of fun.- fuel74

Floor Jack Lift Height
Sorry for Nube question. I'm looking for a good quality floor jack for my Camaro - but if shelling out dough want to be able to use it on my Tahoe as well. Most Floor Jacks I'm seeing lift between 18"-20". Is that enough to get the wheels off the ground? My Tahoe is stock LTZ - 32" tires...- fuel74
