    Update: Truck is back from dealer. They did all they could from the outside. No blockage was found. Truck goes back to dealer next week for complete evaporator dissassembly. 5 hours of labor is early estimate. this sucks...

    Ok - Ive now done it all. Ive put compressed air into the drain - pipe cleaeners, coat hangers - nothing works. If I create suction on the end of the hose - then water starts to come out - but no crud or any blockages seem to come out. Took it to a local mechanic. He couldnt find any...

    Not sure I can answer your question - but as a rule the compressors in yukons and tahoes run all the time - regardless of if the a/c or defrost is on or not.

    ok - its blocked. Trouble is Ive cleaned out the drain a number of times. Ive pumped compressed air in the drain - ive pushed pipe cleaners in there. Nothing ever comes out. Suggestions?

    My 03 'Kon has a problem with the a/c. The condensation leaks inside the interior and gets the passengers footwell soaked. I've checked and cleaned the drain a number of times. Any ideas? Help?

    A/C drain?

    Not aware of a water noise after startup - but these do get clogged. Mine continues to be a problem. There is a drain by the passengers side firewall. Its a small rubber tube - 90 degree angle on it. You can reach into the pass wheel area and get to it - rather than crawling under the truck.
