Narrowed this to a load issue and/or battery issue. Although I have never seen this failure mode in a battery. Here's my thought process/test results. The battery causing me issues is an Optima battery. It shows just over 12 volts on the voltmeter. I have a Napa battery that I fully charged...- RAMurphy

I had a little of time yesterday, so I decided to do the crankshaft relearn procedure anyway. Pretty easy, pretty quick and no issues through the process. Haven't noticed a difference - but it is complete.- RAMurphy

Thank you for the response. Yes, I have a tuner that can accomplish the relearn. It's running great so not sure if I want to go through the steps - although pretty straight forward based on the video Flees provided. Probably going to replace the hose with some braided hose I have - I'll provide...- RAMurphy
