2011 gears
guys the wife and i just bought a 2011 tahoe, and traded our 04 z-71 tahoe in. The problem is the new tahoe has no get up and go compared to the old one . Is it just the gears? This one has 3.08's, and the other had 3.73 i believe. I figured the extra 40 horse and six speed would minimize that...- dlange

2011 tahoe gears
17 inch tires, no tune, stock. slow the whole rpm range. really dissapointed. Mrs's saved for three years to pay cash for this ride. We are depressed. 2011 tahoe gears
Hi guys. Just bought a 2011 tahoe this week and it has the 3,08 gears. To keep it simple the truck is sluggish as heck! Does not want to get out of its own way. What can i do. Will switching to 3.42's help. Our 04 tahoe was fine accelerating. Thanks guys- dlange
