    Rebuild to carb?

    I have the 96 tahoe, 350 vortec engine. Currently it is stock. It has 181xxx miles on it. I'm curious to know if it would be worth rebuilding and converting it to a carb'd motor. If its not worth doing to my motor, I'll probably just get a new motor that is carb'd put into it. Anybody have...

    I'm thinking about getting a new set of mirrors, and would like to know a few things.     Chopped Exhaust?

    I've heard of people chopping their exhaust right before the mufflers on most trucks, if they couldn't afford a new system. I'm wondering if anybody has done it to their stock exhaust? It is dual in the muffler with little pipes... would it sound terrible or not much of a difference? I'm bored...

    I have white/grey smoke coming out of my pipe when I put my truck into 1st gear. Only when its in first though. If I'm in drive no smoke comes out. Anybody know why this might happen?
