I noticed that a few times too. So what I’ve done is take my time and change gears slowly to let the system actuate and it’s been great ever since. Same as my MB hat has the same gear situation. Hope that helps
Wow, that’s good news to hear. I got my oil changed at 1350 miles just to get factory gunk out of the engine. I noticed a slight improvement driving on the highway as my mileage increased from 17.3 to 18.6 I also noticed a slightly smoother sound after I crank it. Thing is I don’t drive mines...
I don’t have young children but I only put 7-8k per year on my truck, due to wife wanting to drive her QX60 all of the time, lol. I am totally happy with that
Wow… Have you made a case with the NHTSA and the Texas DMV? Have you also notified the Texas AG’s office? Or looked and spoken to a lemon law lawyer? I’ve done all of the above. It’s sad you gotta force them to do right. But you keep at it. Make sure you keep all of your docs, text messages...
Thank you and please let the group know what your 10k oil analysis looks like. Dealership has had my 26 now 10 days with only 300 miles on it. Pulled the dipstick out and it smelled like fuel? Latest and greatest from them was - they couldn’t duplicate the knocking nor OIL consumption nor the...
Most times they didn’t even diagnose or look at it. Next thing they’ll say is - we couldn’t duplicate the problem. That infamous statement tells you that your vehicle sat there without anyone doing anything. Me, I check the GM app for movement, screenshot times it was on, check my mileage and...
Screw you better than any $5 lady of the night ever will, lol… there’s a reason why these people stay in business. One I think is the most prominent is; they stopped caring about the loyal customers a long time ago.
You gotta ask yourself… will my family and I be safe on a trip? Do I really want to put them in jeopardy based on someone’s word or unwritten and unproven guarantee? Personally I don’t think dealerships do a great job replacing engines. Me, I may want to take it somewhere else and pay a little...
Have you asked your dealership to change your oil from 0w-20 to 5w-30? My Denali is new 2026, but I have already taken it to the shop to ask them to change my oil over to 5w-30 or even 0w-40. I was sadly informed to WAIT until something goes wrong? I asked for a service manager. He ignored me...
First and foremost, I’m very happy your family is safe. However, I am very disappointed that OnStar didn’t do their part and that GM is allowed to keep selling these vehicles when it seems they only care about monetary gains vs the safety of its customers
Run dude. Take the money and get another brand. I would not even get the 27’s that are supposed to be new and all issues FIXED. My sister had a 2023 Tahoe and nearly killed her and my niece in Arkansas a few months ago. She had to fight like heck to get them to honor her warranty but with help...
