What’s the consensus on the Duramax reliability?
They must have updated interval in the later years of the LM2. Used to be 150k. Keep in mind the part didn’t change, just enough data for them to reliably extend the interval.- Flathead40

What’s the consensus on the Duramax reliability?
We just hit 20k miles on our 25 Yukon XL AT4 and have averaged 23mpg. We do a lot of highway and interstate (80mph +) driving and live where high wind is an everyday fact of life. No issues with the LZ0 so far. We’ve been using Hot Shots EDT Winter Defense in the cold weather, but probably don’t...- Flathead40

We have nearly 10k on our AT4 XL and have not noticed anything out the usual, so cautiously optimistic we are ok. I don’t think they know enough yet to say if this could affect all 25-26 LZ0s or if it’s limited to a certain set of build dates. I would guess that they would issue a recall if it’s...- Flathead40

LZ0 Duramax Decision - Input Requested
We recently traded in an Expedition Max for a Yukon XL AT4 with the LZ0 and have been impressed so far. Averaging 23mpg over the 1st 6k miles.
