Thank you however that was the first thing I did. I then pulled the fuse to isolate the dvd player from receiving a signal. That did not work either. The dealer updated the software and replaced HIM module and neither have worked.- Bcw102

I have a 2017 Tahoe that I purchased used two months ago. Within a week the touchscreen became intermittently unresponsive. About a month in it began displaying No DVD Disc Inserted. It will do it repeatedly some days making the system useless then won’t do it again for days. You can flip back...- Bcw102
