I bet so I'm going to guess whatever the lifters are made of more that's going to show up in the oil analysis so that would have to be known.
I just had to put a remanufactured engine in a 2002 without all the AFM stuff and was looking at oil analysis since it's a " " new engine. And it does...
Just had the same as you and about the oil pressure sensor and socket and all that had not put it in yet. 2002 Chevy 6 l 2500 HD.
208,000 mi I've taken great care of it since I got it $160,000 mi.
Oil pressure dropped while I was in Oklahoma during a gun conference heard no tickety-tacity...
Just spent 9k for a reman 6.0 for my 2002 Silverado 2500HD. 4 yr unlimited mileage.
Cheaper than buying my truck again. Ext cab short bed Manny Tranny.
I would like to do this to my 2002 2500HD 6.0 w/ manny tranny. Did you say you are building and selling these harnesses? Will this make it easier to do than what all you did? Or does it sound worse than what it is?
Thanks, Larry
