Bad lifters?
Thanks for all the replies guys, we got it to the shop yesterday and the only thing they could hear today was the injectors which I guess are notoriously loud, they couldn't replicate the ticking like in the video. they're going to keep it a couple more days and see if they can hear any...- Mstreeter1995

Bad lifters?
We are going to get it to the shop and get it fixed, hopefully it's just a bad lifter and hasn't caused additional damage. I've never owned a gm product, so I'm doing a lot of research. would you guys be scared to do a delete tune to the AFM? looks like that's the leading cause of lifter...- Mstreeter1995

Bad lifters?
Anyone that's had a bad lifter, I'm sure knows what they sound like. attached is a video from a 2015 5.3 liter yukon we just purchased. pretty sure we got took, and it's got at minimum a bad lifter.
