Thoughts on budget winter wheels

3rd row z71 seats & 20" winter rims...
would like to have all the seats match in my 07 z71 (black & ivory) - currently it has all-black 3rd row "buckets" & would swap if interested...(if you don't have the z71 seats I would also be interested in swapping for a 3rd row bench) + would like to pick up some "winter rims" - nothing...
