    My 2012 Tahoe has a place for a secondary battery.

    I have a 2012 Tahoe ppv. It came with 2 batteries, both connected and working. Reason for is, police use a lot of power sitting in idle. Also have quite a lot of 'bells and whistles'. If you'll excuse the pun!! I have looked into this and found that the batteries run tandem to one another...
