What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

So I had a soft/mooshy shift from 1st to 2nd that turned into a hesitation in shifting from 1-2 sporadically --after driving for a while. Not reving up like a clutch was slipping --just like it was trying to catch its breath. I replaced the OEM servo with a Corvette style servo. While under...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Pulled fuel rail and replaced all the fuel injectors. Everything went back together and no leaks. I have been getting an annoying generic misfire code (randomly--never gave a specific cyl) for a while. My old 04 Yukon sat at edge of old owners woods for 2 years before I purchased it. Of course...

"service 4-wheel drive" on dash when key is turned on.

You probably already fixed ...Just in case...I have seen transfer case (decoder) motor kick that light on it...mine is starting to do this. I was told by reliable mechanic who has owned 5 of this gen vet that he has seen this multiple times. Doesn't look like a bad fix to do.

    Parts Recommendation

Hello all. Got a 2004 Yukon Flex fuel 5.3. In the not so distant future I will need to change fuel lines from filter to tank. The filter needs changed but I know the line will not survive it. For this I will need to drop tank. While there might as well replace brake lines. (already done the...
