    If it's not a ball joint(s), it might be the wheel hub(s). You have to replace the entire hub(s) on these vehicles when they go...not cheap either... I'm really surprised the shop you took it too could not find anything.

    This is normal. It is the fan on the navigation system running. This will happen every time you open a door. If you get in and close the door, sit and listen, it should stop after a minute or two.
