Heavy duty OEM rear brakes
I finished my 2024 Yukon front brake swap to PPV 3 days ago. All OEM parts, the front GM pads say Brembo on them. I did call a couple of GM parts counters asking about the rear caliper differences, not much luck. After doing the front brake swap, I do not feel the need to improve brakes any...- wildchev67

This thread is great for info, thanks all! In the last month I have swapped my 2011 Escalade, and 2024 Yukon. Below is the list of what I used for my 2024 Yukon swap. Heavy duty OEM rear brakes
I have gathered parts for the PPV front brake swap for my 24' Yukon Denali. Looking at the manual for rear brakes, heavy duty is a listed option as well. Anybody have any input, if swapping those rear brake components will make much improvement in braking? heavy duty part numbers listed...- wildchev67

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali
I just did this swap on a 2011 escalade platinum, with MaxTrac 2" drop spindles. The brakes all fit, but the wheels did not. As far as I can tell, I am running the same Platinum wheels, as the first post. -Does anybody know if the 2012 platinum wheels have more clearance for brakes...- wildchev67
