    So the numbers after the year ,is it counting number of days from 1/1/24 to 6/1/24 or is this Julian numbers ? Ive never been fond of vin #... Sequence numbers of a build was in plant build.

    So I had a 2022 Yukon Denali and the engine seized at 21000, 2 months at the dealer and 2nd engine seized during initial start up. That’s why I say it’s not surprising TO ME

    I feel your pain, I waited 2 months for engines. The first one they changed didn’t even make it past the start up Second engine was ok, but I dumped it after a couple weeks. I just had o confidence in the vehicle. I know a lot of folks are waiting for engines. Not sure when they build there...

    So i also had issues with 800 customer service who don’t even work for GM,it’s a call center they get paid to give out baloney. Tell them at the start of the call that you are recording the call for future reference. Get the district manager for your area involved in your issue.

    Thank u for your reply and after reading what you went through I realize that things could be worse on my end. The process that GM has for known engine failure is a joke,I know they can do better than that.I was part of GM salary for over 40 years and Im ashamed of the way they handle engine...
