Thanks for the tip. I have another question, I’ve heard of people relocating the struts to the bottom of the control arm. I’m skeptical about that. What do you think about that method?
Hey community,
I’ve got a 2009 Yukon Denali AWD, and about 4,000 miles ago, I replaced my front struts with aftermarket quick struts that aren’t autoride. I’ve been waiting for the springs to settle, but the front still sits higher than before. I’m not a fan of how the truck looks. I’m thinking...
Looking to swap my factory boss with nav and res…. Were you able to get crutchfield to provide you a solution that retains everything?
Also how do you like that Dual head unit?
No it was actually a 7mm. From the factory it was supposed to have a regular screw. Whoever took it apart put it back together with a bolt. The problem is that no socket can fit in that narrow hole since it wasn’t supposed to have a bolt in there. But with some pressure I was able to force a...
The little speakers in the third row on my Yukon are blown and I got a new (to me) set from my local junkyard. The passenger side panel had a screw and was easy to pull off but the driver’s side panel is not going so smooth. It has a bolt instead of a screw and I can’t get this bolt out (refer...
I found a set of some tail lights that look like the ones in the photos below for sale cheap and I want to grab them. They look like the 4th Gen. Yukon tail lights and I’ve always liked the look of those. They haven’t been installed and I don’t know how they would look on my ‘09 Denali. Does...
Just curious why you wanted to turn off. I love being able to charge my phone without having all the electronics in the car on. I wish every car was like this.
Im gonna try replacing the switches. I’ve learned it’s easy to do and you don’t even have to take off the door panels. I found them on Amazon for less than $10.
That’s exactly what mine does. Rolls down but doesn’t roll back up unless I use the drivers door. It only happens from time to time but I might start with replacing the switches since they’re only like $10.
Hey GMT family, recently starting having this issue where intermittently, both rear windows will only operate with the drivers controls on my Denali.
And to fix this all you all did was replace the window switches?
Hopefully someone can help me in this thread… I have a similar issue but with exhaust fumes getting into the cabin when I’m idling. Do you just pull them off to remove them or are they fastened with any screws or hardware? I tried to take mine off to bring it with me to the dealer but mine...
