UPDATE: Took about 0.7qt out the top. Level now in range at top of crosshatch. No obvious issues. Oil pressure is about 50psi right after startup.
After warmup pressure is 20psi at idle.
and steady 40psi at highway cruise.
Is this normal? Honestly never paid this much attention to oil...

Honestly never paid much attention to pressure readings before. I know they were always in range. Otherwise I'd have noticed. Best I can recall maybe 20-25psi (about 10 or 11 o'clock) was normal. Can't remember if it went higher while warming up or not.
