Does 2018 Tahoe have AFM?
I have a 2018 Tahoe LT with a 5.3. I’m not sure if it is equipped with AFM. The reason I’m not sure is that I’m not able to hear or feel the difference in the engine, like I could in my 2010:Yukon. Also in my Yukon, on the VIC a little sign would pop up saying motor was running in 4 cylinder...- cbpat1

Factory oil on new vehicles . It’s base stock is made from natural gas
We purchased two new GM vehicles this year, a 2018 Tahoe & a 2018 Acadia. I just recently did the first oil change at 5000 miles on both of them. On the Tahoe I used Pennzoil Platinum and on the Acadia I used Mobil 1. On both vehicles I noticed that both engines quieted down significantly. Not...- cbpat1
