    Fuel gage stuck at full

    I was driving my 96 hoe down the road the other day and i went to fill my tank up after leaving the gas station and driving for two days i noticed that my fuel gage isnt moving at all was working fine jus with a little flucating with the needle anybody know what could be causing this?

    First post here...Im investing in purchasing a 96 Tahoe with 132K on it but the owner said the 4x4 does not work because it needs a new shift cable can this be a cause of the 4 wheel not working and how much should i be looking at for this?
