Hello, What do you guys think a fair price for a 1995 6.5L Turbo diesel with 172,000 mi, an ex fire rig, clean body and interior, motor is locked would be? Supposedly has new heads, the guy selling thinks it is probably a froze piston, basically it is an unfinished project. Thank You,- Turbedhoe
