Radiator fans on when engine cold

Aluminum wheel polishing
So I think this is corrosion on my wheels. I've had aluminum wheels before and have never seen this happen. It's mostly around the valve stems. I'm wondering if the TPMS is causing this. Or maybe it's just corrosion from being in contact with steel lugs, ya know, dissimilar metals... -

Z55 autoride leveling
My 2010 'hoe LTZ has z55 autoride. It's 3" higher in the rear. Has anyone noticed the extra hole for the ride height sensor levers?
