2003 Tahoe Z71 Spare Tire Plastic Cylinder Removeable?
Good Morning. First posting on this forum. I have a 2003 Tahoe Z71 and am replacing the rear bumper. The problem is the new bumper did not include the plastic spare tire lock plastic cover piece and tunnel. Looking at the old bumper it does not look like it is removeable.
