OH??? Thanks for the heads up! The camera thing is a good heads up also ... I "ought" to do that myself ...but I'm like well I did not use a camera in 1976 and I'm not gonna use one now. Over a few weeks no big deal but sometimes it's a few months and it's like uh oh ... well I'll figure it...

There is NO torque specs for those bolts,so exactly what spec are you going to torque those to? If you feel the need to start using a torque wrench to tighten down every bolt on your vehicle, you probably shouldn't be working on it. And definitely NOT advising others on how to work on theirs...

Almost got rid of my 2005 Denali XL

"I" get that but if you "assume" no mechanical aptitude??? How tight is tight enough?? Not tight enough, Coil Packs fall off, too tight and bolts "Snap" ... then the "New Skill Set" becomes ... "Bolt Extraction" and "Thread Repair." An "inch lb" Torque wrench is cheap insurance.

    Daytime running lights

LOL ... maybe GM likes to keep some "traditions alive??" From wayyy back in the day various Corvairs and a 67 Camaro RS Convertible I owned ... always had rear light bulb "issues!" They just moved the "tradition" up front in the form of Daytime Running lights!! :)

Almost got rid of my 2005 Denali XL

OK ... that's a bit different! But that does not mean you have to get screwed to the wall. The internet is your friend.:) Coil packs are on top of the engine ... they should not be a "difficult" remove and replace job?? But ... little things ... clips can get broke and bolts can be stripped...

Where did you get the front Air Dam?? All I have found are kits to change the whole front to some "Ricer" looking setup ... overkill at the least. :)

4" rear drop Belltech springs - bumpstop question

It's not sitting right on the bumpstops, but it might as well be... no wonder it handles so good! lol Thanks for the response! I'm actually not a newbie so much at building cars from scratch be it coil or leaf cars. The TA in my avatar would take a slalom at over 60mph, and I built the...

Need help lowering my 2004 GMC Yukon XL Denali

Awww Ok thanks, kinda "tricky" with the T Bars. I looked again and I see the "OP" has 2004 so no need for a coil spring compressor in anycase. :) Sooo "apparently???" With T-Bars ... they are allowed to be closer to the "Jounce Stops" then is the case with rear "Bump Stops??" I'll have to...

Could be that??? Clean Cardboard under each would catch that?? If the "Dealership" could not find the "issue??" I would thing it can't be that obvious?? In "Porsche World" the Clutch slave cylinders are "Notorious to bleed!!" The "Bleeder valves" for the brakes are higher then the bleeder...

Seriously??? Gotta crawl back under there yet again! Just got our 04 Denali ... I saw the Torsion bars and "assumed" regular shocks up front, well with an air hose and wires and "stuff." :) Aww ... OK just checked our 2004 has T Bars so no coil springs up front but ... you are correct. So ... ...
