    They wouldn’t budge. Turned truck on. Tried to deploy. Opened door. Nothing. Made sure nothing was obstructing them and was not thrilled. Hopped in to go for a drive and boom. Up they go. They’ve worked perfect now all afternoon. Ha. Lesson learned tho. In nasty slush and freezing conditions...

    Thank you all Lubed them up and will let sit over night. Doesn’t even make a sound tho when I open door Unfortunate lesson if it won’t work. I’ll try to spray them down as well otherwise take it in as need oil anyways

    It’s been cold and nasty here but warmed today. My running boards got stuck last night half way up. They just will not budge. I don’t see any ice or snow. When I drove I cops hear the motor trying to raise it. Any suggestions on what to try? Thank you

    Driving today and took a call Hung up. Screen is dark. Volume won’t work on knob or wheel. Turned truck off at arrival then back on. Black screen. Will try again later but has anyone encountered this? I’ve yet to have any issues. When I parked and backed up the camera appeared on the screen...
