Woowoowoowoo sound?
Any chance it could be the dust shield backing plate? I once had one warp and make a weird sound when driving as it touched the rotor but not when I manually spun the tire. I didn't figure it out until the original backing plate was falling apart and flaking off.- markni12301

Have you thoroughly cleaned and lubed all the hinged joints? There are many YouTube videos on this common problem. Use PB Blaster and wire brushes and air compressor blower. Recommened to clean and lube as often as every oil change. I would just be sure it's all clean and lubed before other...- markni12301
