did you disassemble the entire vlom (afm actuators) from the underside of the valley cover? the gasket does come with the pedestal gaskets but kinda hard to mess up. and the perimeter gasket doesnt...
if the trans(converter) is shuddering its likely already cooked.
ive been thru it with the 8sp, many flushes, couple converter changes, dealer finally got it right but it was at their expense
if it was on my on dime i would probably try a pan drop to replace the filter, get as much fluid out...
i would expand your search and look for a 2500 suburban/yukon xl, 6.0 in them has no afm/dod, 6l90 transmission iirc. 2015+ are hard to come by, staying under 30k youll be looking at high mileage, even in the 2008-2014 years

the brembos need a specific wear pad sensor, as it sits deeper in the caliper than the 4pistons - but it plugs into the same connector on the truck
but i was unable to reset pad % on the UI, i heard the dealer service needed if swapping just disables the wear pad sensors?
ive noticed i am unable...
i have some very similar ones(maybe even older gen?), but the threaded side wasnt threaded very far, so i had to cut some of it off and buy a 1/2-20 tap to run some more threads on it. so i didnt recommend them
