Cadillac Eskie gauge cluster removal ???
So, if I just want to remove the bezel, do I still need to unplug the harness? I don't need to take the gauges out, just get in behind that clear bezel. -

Cadillac Eskie gauge cluster removal ???
So...... How difficult is it to get into the gauge cluster on a 2012 Eskie??? I have a mosquito that made its way in there and obviously died!!!!! Basically it's right behind the plastic lens that covers the gauges, lying at the bottom.....just sitting there, bugging me....no pun... -

Cadillac keys ?
So I need to get a couple extra keys for the new (to me) 2012 Eskie and the dealer tells me that all they have is the basic GM key? Cadillac Eskie key fob ??
Did some more research and it looks like if I want two fobs I have to have a number 1 and a number 2 fob to work together. On the bottom of the fob I guess is a number one or two and you cannot run two fobs with the same number according to the dealer. I ordered up a fob from the dealer as...- FatDog

I'm hoping that shouldn't be an issue as they have put it inside since we closed the deal!!! Plus I called down right after one of their last storms and they assured me, everything was good.- FatDog

Cadillac Eskie key fob ??
So I picked up a 2012 Escalade and the dealership only has one fob (smart key) that comes with the vehicle. I did a search on ebay and found several Cadillac key fobs for sale and they claim they can be programmed and work. Dealership says the fob has to be specific to a 2012 Escalade...- FatDog

No I hear ya but this will be the fifth one I've bought out of state and all have been good, especially when I went to resell! I just sold our Denali that I bought three years ago, for 500.00 more then I paid for it. I think it really comes down to doing your homework and feeling...- FatDog

Out with the Denali and in with an Escalade

08 Denali, and all of a sudden today in the cold (0 degrees / -10 with windshield) the air ride compressor is kicking way more then normal. Yukon Denali air ride question???
Okay, it must be right then. On startup in the mornings it runs for about about 4 or 5 seconds tops and then shuts off. After that initial startup in the morning then it's hit and miss for the rest of the day. Sometimes it will run for a few seconds and sometimes it doesn't kick in at all...- FatDog

Yukon Denali powered steps / issue ???
UPDATE......... Got to looking at the step today and noticed you can actually remove the rear housing of the motor. There are only two T-15 Torx screws that you have to remove and the rear housing comes right off. Once the housing is off, you can turn the rotor. Once you start turning... -
