    Lost and more than a little bit concerned...

    The only thing that I see to be concerned about, and is a current code, is the LF wheel speed sensor which will the ABS and TCS codes. The rest, I would clear out, and check and see if any reappear. The ABS and TCS codes will self clear on your dash once the speed sensor starts reporting...

    Call the regional manager for GM. Thats what I had to do to get them to cover repairs on my Aztek. It was a long road, but well worth it.

    Its a corrugated flex pipe that goes from the exhaust manifold to the air filter horn, to help warm the air... Looks like this usually https://www.ebay.com/itm/371436768786 Called the Factory Pre Heater Duct here.. Most have been removed by putting on a Edelbrock Air Filter housing, or...

    I call them Jesus Clips... Cause when they go flying off, they either hit you in the eye/cheek, and you yell Jesus, or fly off into some nether region of the shop, and you, again, yell Jesus!.

    Yeap, every 3.6HF engine, and every EcoTech engine for sure. I would imagine every engine with a VVT has it, like the later 5.3/6.0/6.2 engines.

    Some of the GM TB's will partially open after the engine/ECM are powered down fully. This is to prevent the throttle plate from sticking in the bore from buildup or metal shrinkage/expansion.

    I have seen worse... That said, is it worth fixing? NO! Its a nearly 20 year old truck, with repairs that are more than the value of the truck.
